About me

Hi! I’m Theresa (she/they). I’m a disability support worker with NDIS and a group fitness and personal ​training student, based in Greensborough, Victoria, Australia. I’m dedicated to accessible movement for ​chronically ill, disabled, neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ folks, sharing lived experience.

I’m here to support you with your goals of improving health and well-being and social and community ​participation. I can provide support with exercise at home, outdoors, at the gym, join allied health ​appointments, and provide transport and support with activities you'd like to do. Please note that I do not ​provide housework services, cooking, cleaning, or personal care, etc.

I can also assist you remotely, providing peer support, being an accountability buddy to help you keep up ​with your physio, exercise physiologist, or trainer’s exercise program, or just chat on the phone while you go ​for a walk. I also understand that some days you just need rest, so I have no expectations for movement in ​every session.
